About The Role
The HR Advisor is a subject matter expert who provides day-to-day HR support and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. This is a people-facing role focused on correctly applying internal policies and labor law, executing personnel changes, managing absence cases, resolving HR-related queries, and participating in or leading HR-related projects.
How You Will Contribute
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members and people managers on a wide range of HR-related topics, offering accurate guidance, coaching, and support in alignment with company policies and local legislation.
- Coordinate and support key HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, performance management, and annual salary and performance review cycles. Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of these processes.
- Collaborate closely with team members, people managers, and various internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment to ensure seamless HR process execution and a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a generalist HR Operations or Advisor role
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in applying internal policies, labor law, and managing employee absence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and agile approach
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
