HR Advisor

About The Role

The HR Advisor is a subject matter expert who provides day-to-day HR support and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. This role is people-focused and involves applying internal policies and labor law accurately, executing personnel changes, managing absence cases, resolving HR-related queries, and participating in or leading HR-related projects.

How You Will Contribute

• Serve as the first point of contact for team members and people leaders on a wide range of HR topics, offering accurate guidance, coaching, and support in alignment with company policies and local legislation.
• Coordinate and support key HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, performance management, annual salary and performance review cycles, learning and development, and offboarding. Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of these processes.
• Provide analytical support and actionable insights to the HR Manager on site-specific, national (NL), and cluster-wide initiatives. Contribute to strategic HR projects by delivering data, identifying trends, and offering recommendations to support decision-making.
• Within a high-paced international environment the HR Advisor collaborates closely with employees, line managers and several internal external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR Operations or Advisory role
• Demonstrated experience in applying internal policies, labor law, and managing employee absence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and agile approach
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus
