In the Finance Intern role, you will be a vital support for our finance team, diving into real-world financial operations. Your responsibilities will include meticulous data entry, accurate financial record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of reports essential for strategic decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in processes ranging from daily financial transactions to month-end closing procedures.
You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. The most important quality we seek is an unwavering commitment to accuracy.

What You Will Do:

• Meticulously track and reconcile financial transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in documentation or records.
• Support the daily, accurate, and timely entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist the Finance team in creating and rigorously reviewing sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper matching for payments.
• Assist with the monthly closing process, ensuring all financial data is complete and correctly documented.
• Provide support for both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and organize financial documentation for reporting and analysis.
• Provide general accounting and clerical support to the finance department.

How you will need to be:

• A proven, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity—this is non-negotiable.
• Highly curious and proactive in understanding the underlying financial processes.
• Able to pick up technical concepts and information quickly.
• Responsive to feedback and apply it immediately.
• Resourcefulness in finding solutions and troubleshooting data issues when things are unclear.
• Able to multitask and manage your time effectively to meet strict deadlines.

What You Need To Have:

• Strong foundational knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
• High competency in MS Office (especially Excel) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major (or equivalent).
• Available to commit to at least a 3-month full-time internship with us.
