Qualifications And Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an EBS + Fusion FIN Functional Consultant. Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Fusion Financials. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion Financials is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skill Set Required:
Implementation And Configuration:
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials modules.
- Configure financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, to align with business requirements.
- Customize and enhance functionalities to improve system performance and user experience.
Business Analysis And Process Improvement:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support And Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Training And Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and operational procedures.
