IT Project Manager – IP Video Surveillance

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to elevate our Project Management team while working a hybrid schedule out of our US Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon. The IT Project Manager must lead all phases of the project, from beginning to end, and must manage the activities of all internal and external resources on projects and/or service deliverables. In handling this work, the Senior Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating simultaneously with one or more providers of services and/or goods, as well as multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Portland, OR metro area and work onsite (a hybrid schedule) in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage/lead multiple projects through project development, launch, execution, performance, control, and close.
- Effectively manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities.
- Accountable for day-to-day project management for multiple complex projects and teams working on the various work areas identified.
- Effectively communicate project status to, and manage expectations of, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal standards.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, to anticipate obstacles to success, and to advocate internally on their behalf.
- Regularly perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle, manage project risks and impact of changes, provide mitigation plans and proactively manage escalation of issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Run ad hoc reports and develop standard reports to establish metrics for teams and to ensure performance against metrics is tracked, measured, and socialized on a regular basis.
- Analyze trends and consolidate data/information for review with primary stakeholders to drive data-based decisions.
- Work collaboratively with all teams to ensure workload is appropriately assigned and resource constraints are identified.
- Develop processes and collaborate with other departments to maintain and refine processes, as well as drive the change control process.
- Provide feedback and make recommendations to management on process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with associates, providers of goods and services, and industry partners.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification or more than 5 years of technical operations experience required (IT/software development/technical services/ technical management etc.).
- A minimum of 3 years managing technical projects required (IT/software development/technical services/ technical management etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to make good decisions based on limited information.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to quickly prioritize while managing multiple parallel projects.
- Customer engagement skills with the experience to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You must really enjoy delivering well for customers.
- Stellar internal, cross-functional, and inter-employee skills. Should have the ability to manage through influence, get things done with and through people, and do so in a direct, fair, success-oriented way.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to quickly assess key issues and identify the right resources to resolve them – a strategic thinker with the ability to organize business and project elements into a winning plan.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive, confidential, and urgent issues.
- Highly proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook, including experience utilizing Excel formulas.
- Experience working with project management tools.
- Experience with Salesforce and Cloud Coach is a plus.

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $80,000 to $92,000. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
