 Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Marketing Operations 
 
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational rigour of the function, acting as a single point of contract between various stakeholders within Genpact and externally. This will involve managing stakeholders including Marketing teams, Finance, Sourcing, Planning teams, Sales and external vendors.  
Your remit will have you driving the budgeting management process across all marketing, assist with forecasting, ensure financial planning cross teams, own the PR and PO processes, invoice payment coordination and the support of lead management activities across the function. In terms of planning, you will help ensure we have a robust plan in place that is joined up and can be implemented effectively. You will also ensure that all aspects of the relationship between marketing and its vendors are optimized, keeping a strong collaboration with sourcing, vendors and payment processing team.
The role will provide great exposure to the work the entire Marketing team delivers, providing a fantastic foundation for someone to kick start the career in B2B Marketing.
Responsibilities
Planning Support:
- Support planning operations for GTM such as plan information accuracy and plan tracking in different tools like excel, Workfront, Sharepoint and ensures the information is up to date
- Operationalizes the GTM internal communication framework and creates different planning materials based on tracked information
- Ensure accurate lead management process end-to-end: lead upload, lead progression tracking, and work with the lead management and strategy lead to make sure our leads are progressing in a consistent way through the funnel
Marketing Finance Ops Support:
- Align with our marketing leads to manage their budget in our tracking tools. Collaborate to allocate funds efficiently & strategically, forecast, report, and support the payment process
- Collaborate with the designated marketing team (platforms owners, project managers) for clarifications on engagement and implications
- Oversee the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes to ensure compliance with company policies and work with internal teams on timely completion of submissions, approvals, and completions, including payments
- Provision spends to our FP&A team: tracking and reporting monthly payments
- Work closely with procurement and finance teams to streamline workflows, proactive support and forecasting helping to avoid risks
- Centralized Invoice, PO, PR processing per team and tech stack and support with the purchase request for the contract and budget allocation, and send to invoicing with approval
Vendor Management:
- Oversee the completion of requirements for the contract sourcing process and ensure collaboration and coordination across the department
- Ensure that the vendor details are consistently accurate for payment cycles
- Collaborate with the sourcing team on onboarding, management, and offboarding vendors
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience working with vendors and managing contracts, invoicing
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management best practices
- Hands on with process development process and 6Sigma training/certification is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects simultaneously
