The founder is scaling operations and looking for their first virtual assistant to help grow this meaningful venture.
Job Overview:
You’ll join a purpose-driven business that’s making a tangible impact in the health and wellness space. This role offers the perfect blend of creative marketing work and essential business operations, giving you the opportunity to wear multiple hats while helping scale a growing e-commerce company. You’ll work directly with the founder, gaining valuable experience across marketing, design, and business operations while contributing to a mission that genuinely helps people improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that educates and connects with the IBS community
- Design and execute Meta advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Create compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Handle essential administrative tasks and support daily business operations
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce operations
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic marketing initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience creating and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
- Bonus if you have Shopify experience or e-commerce platform knowledge
- It helps if you’re familiar with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo
- Bonus if you have experience in health, wellness, or specialty food industries
