As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality across our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases following the MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) framework.
• Perform functional, regression, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, and Websites).
• Conduct API testing using Postman, validating request/response cycles, authentication, and performance.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter, analyze results, and provide performance optimization insights.
• Identify, log, and track defects through the complete lifecycle using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and adherence to QA standards.
• Maintain and enhance QA documentation, including test plans, reports, and process guidelines.
• Participate in release planning and quality reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• (Optional but Preferred) Contribute to automation testing initiatives, including scripting and test suite maintenance.
• Leverage AI-based QA tools for test case generation, bug prediction, report summarization, and workflow automation to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional QA experience with a focus on mobile native apps (Android & iOS) and websites.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management processes.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing and Postman for API testing.
• Expertise in test case design and execution using the MECE approach.
• Proficiency in multi-platform testing (Android, iOS, and Websites).
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, or ChatGPT-based QA assistants) for automation, documentation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Appium, Selenium, or similar) will be considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
