We’re looking for a highly skilled Content Manager with proven iGaming experience to lead our content strategy, production, and distribution efforts across multiple digital channels. - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify content opportunities within the iGaming space.
- Build and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
- Oversee creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Curate relevant third-party content to complement our brand messaging.
- Lead a team of copywriters and visual content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage freelancers and external content partners when needed.
- Develop and execute content distribution strategies across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to support paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social).
- Oversee social media content planning and scheduling to maintain strong brand presence.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, focusing on engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content meets high quality standards.
- Foster online community engagement through interactive content and active audience communication.
- Monitor iGaming trends and apply insights to keep content innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content management within the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or affiliate sectors).
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Proven experience leading a content team or managing freelancers.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience in performance-driven content (affiliate marketing or player acquisition).
- Knowledge of web design/development collaboration processes.
