At Mariner, our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are at the heart of our Culture and Experience team. We’re the stewards of an environment built on excellence, trust, and collaboration — one that empowers our people to do their best work and grow with purpose.
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work side by side with leaders across the firm to shape strategy, elevate engagement, and unlock the potential of our associates. You’ll serve as a coach, a connector, and a trusted advisor, ensuring that our people strategy is deeply aligned with our business goals.
If you’re energized by problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-growing environment — and passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences — this is your opportunity to make an impact where it truly matters.
What You’Ll Do
- Be a trusted advisor: Build strong, consultative partnerships with leaders and associates to drive business success and foster a culture of excellence.
- Empower growth: Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and career development, helping teams reach their full potential.
- Champion culture: Monitor engagement trends and partner with leaders to create action plans that enhance the associate experience.
- Lead with insight: Provide strategic guidance on associate relations, policy interpretation, and employment law, balancing empathy with sound judgment.
- Deliver key people programs: Execute HR processes that shape the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation planning and talent reviews — while continuously improving how we do them.
- Collaborate for impact: Partner closely with HR peers across Talent, Learning, Benefits, and Compliance to deliver seamless, end-to-end support for our teams.
