As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our company, representing Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd in the market. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored two-wheeler finance solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Offer personalized two-wheeler finance solutions, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Process and approve finance applications efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for customers.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive finance options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into successful finance applications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all finance transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve finance products and services.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in finance operations.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler finance products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
