We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brand across all digital and print platforms. This role goes beyond design execution; you will be the creative driver of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact in everything from day-to-day marketing materials to long-term brand strategy. You will collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders across the organization to create visually compelling assets that engage existing and potential customers and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities will include website and multimedia design, printed and digital collateral, customer facing presentations, campaign graphics, product and marketing videos, tradeshow and event graphics, and the development of comprehensive brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design and produce creative assets for a wide range of channels, including:
  • Websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns (e.g., email)
  • Printed marketing materials (brochures, flyers, datasheets)
  • Tradeshow booths, signage, giveaways, and event collateral
  • Social media graphics, multimedia content, and short form video
  • Branded templates, internal and customer-facing presentations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand objectives and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
  • Drive brand strategy by shaping the look and feel of campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain a library of branded assets and templates for consistent use across the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing immediate tactical needs with long term brand initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver final artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Support video production needs, including editing and enhancing product demonstrations and promotional videos.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in both digital and print media.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, marketing collateral, and event materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition.
  • Experience developing and managing brand guidelines
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to manage multiple projects independently.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio of relevant work samples.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • You will be expected to work in a remote/hybrid environment reporting to our Kanata, Ontario location 2 or more times per week.
