The IT Compliance Analyst supports Kaseya BIS by governing and ensuring adherence to established IT controls. This role is responsible for maintaining the controls catalogue, collaborating with Internal Audit on audit requests, and overseeing the completion of scheduled compliance activities. The analyst will help ensure the integrity and effectiveness of access attestations, change management, release management controls, password rotation, and complexity requirements, following industry best practices to uphold Kaseya’s compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with established IT controls across Kaseya BIS.
- Maintain and update the controls catalogue to reflect current regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to support audit requests and facilitate timely responses.
- Coordinate and track completion of scheduled compliance activities, including access attestations, change and release management controls, password rotation, and complexity requirements.
- Ensure Control Owners and Approvers fulfill their compliance responsibilities on schedule.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance compliance effectiveness.
- Communicate compliance status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of IT controls frameworks and compliance methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
