Job Description

  • Full time, max term until January 2027
  • Based at Ringwood on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, with hybrid working options
  • Travel required to Each locations
  • Each Agreement Level 3 + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact

As the HR Operations and Student Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating student placements, strengthening university partnerships, supporting compliance, and contributing to the smooth running of HR operations. You’ll work closely with Line Managers, Universities, and internal teams to enhance the student experience, ensure compliance standards are met, and help build Each’s reputation as an employer of choice for emerging professionals.

Key Student Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student placements with line managers, universities, and internal teams.
  • Enhance the placement process and build Each’s student brand.
  • Maintain internal student policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage service level agreements and ensure student compliance.
  • Foster education partnerships and market student opportunities.
  • Represent Each at university events and support awareness initiatives.

Key Compliance and HR Operations responsibilities:

  • Contribute to compliance policy and procedure reviews
  • Maintain accurate compliance records in Dayforce, tracking expiries and renewals.
  • Support Payroll with employee record updates and non-contractual employment changes.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, onboarding, and process improvement projects.

  • Proven experience in data management, administration, or customer service (desirable).
  • Understanding of the Not-For-Profit and Health sectors (desirable).
