This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification + Energy Solution team on power electronics solution development including inverter, DC-DC and X-in one solutions.

Responsibility:

The job will be related to the following but not limited to​:​

Power electronics component development including DC-DC, DC-AC, On Board Charger, Motor Inverter​

Working with system engineer and machine technical lead to define component requirements​

与系统工程师及设备技术负责人协作，明确元器件需求​

Specification development, components selection and schematic design, PCB design, hardware prototype testing and debug​

开展技术规格制定、元器件选型、原理图设计、Pcb 设计、硬件原型测试与调试工作​

Collaborate with motor engineer for Motor calibration and motoring system performance testing and verification​

与电机工程师协作，进行电机标定及驱动系统性能测试与验证​

Develop lab testing and on machine validation plan​

制定实验室测试及设备端验证方案​

Technical documentation development, drawing release​

负责技术文档编制及图纸发布​

Npi Issue Resolution​

负责新产品导入（Npi）过程中的问题解决​

Degree Required

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering or other equivalent ones​

本科及以上学历，专业为电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化工程或其他相关同等专业​

Skill Requirements:

• 新能源汽车（NEV）电力电子元器件设计或相关领域的专业技能
• Professional skills in NEV power electronics components design or related fields
• 熟悉高压供电结构与拓扑，能够进行硬件设计，如 DC-DC 转换器、DC-AC 转换器、逆变器、充电器等
• Familiar with high-voltage power supply structure and topology; capable of hardware design such as DC-DC converters, DC-AC converters, inverters, chargers, etc.
• 熟练使用各类电力电子测试设备，具备较强的技术问题分析与解决能力Skilled in using various power electronics test equipment with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
• 熟悉电力电子相关领域的制造工艺与流程Familiar with manufacturing processes in the power electronics field
• 具备良好的沟通能力与项目管理技能Good communication and project management skills
• 英文能力良好，具备团队协作精神，对新技术充满热情，工作积极主动Good English proficiency, team player, passionate about new technologies, and self-motivated

Nice To Have

• 熟悉新能源汽车相关电力电子元器件的开发流程者优先考虑
• Candidates familiar with NEV-related power electronics component development processes are preferred

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
