The Role

Step into a brand-new chapter with Oroton! We’re opening a brand new concession at Myer Fountain Gate – our very first in this location – and we’re looking for experienced and inspiring casual Customer Experience Specialists to make it a success from day one. With a selection of our Ready-to-Wear Apparel collection alongside our iconic Bags & Accessories, this pad will be a showcase of Oroton style. We are looking for team who thrive in a concession environment and have a passion for delivering the kind of premium service that creates long-lasting client relationships.

There are multiple casual positions available and you will be required to have availability across both weekdays and weekends.

You'll excel in this role if you enjoy:

  • Bring energy and efficiency to daily store operations. From stock organisation and sales to delivering standout customer service, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a seamless experience.
  • Embrace the pace of retail. You'll stay agile and focused during busy trading periods, maintaining high standards under pressure and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to keep the store looking its best. Execute merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Partner with the management team to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.

  • Proven experience working in a retail team, consistently achieving KPIs and exceeding store targets
  • Strong attention to detail and confident clienteling skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • A keen eye for styling and a genuine passion for luxury products
  • The ability to energise and uplift the team, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere every day
