This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Provide graphic design support using Canva and branded templates to create marketing materials, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
- Edit and enhance images using Photoshop or similar tools to maintain high-quality visual standards.
- Assist in managing social media channels by drafting captions, selecting hashtags, and engaging with followers to grow audience interaction.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms by adhering to style guides and visual standards.
- Conduct administrative and online research tasks to support marketing initiatives, competitor benchmarking, and campaign planning.
- Update and maintain company or client websites, including uploading content, adjusting layouts, and ensuring all pages remain current and functional.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support ongoing campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
- Track social media performance and assist in preparing summary reports when needed.
- Support ad hoc creative or administrative requests as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, graphic design, or social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement tactics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for design and brand alignment.
- Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Shopify) for uploading and updating content.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting captions and short-form content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with creative or marketing teams.
Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM - 16 hours per week
