We’re seeking a positive, service-minded Customer Support Specialist to assist our Scandinavian customers. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our company for new users and the voice of our customers within the organization. You’ll communicate with our valued customers via chat and email, offering helpful support with a personal touch - no robotic replies here! You’ll also collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and verify data across different systems. This is a shift-based role with two weekends off per month, giving you time to recharge. A Sneak Peek Into Your Role

• Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others.
• Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
• Working day and evening shifts with two weekends off per month.

You’Re Good At

• Being excellent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Being service-minded and having a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
• You are comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
• Interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard.
• Prior experience in a similar role is not required but is preferred.
