We're seaking someone to join our team as an HR Business Partner.
 
 
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a position within our HR Business Partner team.

What you'll do in the role:
- Provide HR Business Partnering support to one of the biggest Business Units in Budapest.
- Have also requires strong partnership with HR colleagues based in London and EMEA as well as members of the Global HR team based in NY.
- Operate effectively across the full range of HR disciplines and be able to work with managers and colleagues at all levels across the business.
- Offer the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with senior members of the business on a range of interesting and challenging initiatives.
- The role will include the oversight and close relationship with the following product teams and/or professional areas:
Talent Management
Reward and Compensation
Resourcing, Recruitment Strategy
Performance Management (Employee Relations)
Management Reporting
 
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 3-5 years of professional HR experience, preferably Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner background would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Previous HR experience within an international environment is a distinct advantage.
- Strong English knowledge with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively at all levels.
- Degree educated from an accredited educational institution in a relevant field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure.
- Great analytical skills with good attention.
- Ability to multi-task, perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and to adapt to change.
- High levels of professionalism and integrity.
