We Offer:
- Work Environment: Remote model Must be in CST or EST time zone (We are unable to hire in PA and NY)
- Compensation: Hourly (based on geographical area)

- Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM (with occasional flexibility to meet deadlines or support key initiatives across all U.S. time zones.) You will be working the Indian market place.

Job Description
What You Get To Do:
Join Dungarvin’s Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in connecting great people to meaningful work. As a TA Specialist, you’ll manage a high-volume requisition load, build strong candidate and hiring manager relationships, and deliver a stellar experience at every step of the process.
You’ll own recruitment for DSP and ancillary roles within your market and may also support Program Manager/Director and other regional needs as assigned. From sourcing to offer, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart, timely hires that fuel our mission.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs.
- Build and maintain an active, searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights on roadblocks like compensation, skills, and sourcing tactics.
- Represent Dungarvin at career fairs, networking, and community events to build awareness and attract talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

Qualifications
Must Have:
- 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience coupled with a bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED coupled with 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) utilization (We use SmartRecruiters)
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting.
Nice To Have:
- Prior experience working within Healthcare, Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, hospitality, etc.
- Staffing agency experience.
