Remote position (Onlay for candidates based in Argentina or Uruguay)Availability to work PST
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance one of our clients ’ organizations’ technology infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in managing computer networks, servers, user devices, applications and modern identity platforms, ensuring seamless IT operations across the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain desktop and mobile device management (MDM) systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers.- Manage user access, provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) across various cloud platforms.- Ensure network availability, performance, and security across local and cloud-based environments.- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated technical issues.- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS platforms and integrations.- Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration.- Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following platforms:Google WorkspaceMicrosoft Office 365SlackZoomRipplingOktaMerakiUbiquitiGeneaVerkadaWisenet Wave or other VMS platformsGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)Amazon Web Services (AWS)Microsoft Azure- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Fleet, Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or similar).- Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google IAM, etc.).- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and network layers.- Familiarity with automation platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools.- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting a hybrid or fully remote workforce.- Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
