We are looking for a Financial Controller with a strong grasp of IFRS and Slovenian local GAAP to join our growing finance team. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic international environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’Ll Do
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and Slovenian GAAP
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in the development of internal controls and financial procedures
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support the sales team with financial data, reporting, and analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
What We’Re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Slovenian local GAAP
- Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) is essential
- Knowledge of Croatian is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Nice To Have
- Experience in an international or multi-entity environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of SAP environment and MS Dynamics
