Join our dynamic team as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our Engineering & Quality strategic project portfolio. Your structured approach to managing multi-dimensional priorities will simplify complexities and drive innovation and sustainable growth!
Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy & Optimization: Drive the development and ongoing optimization of the E&Q strategic project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining an optimal balance of priorities and resources.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Design, implement, and continuously improve performance dashboards to track key portfolio metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Project Intake & Prioritization: Partner on and refine the end-to-end project intake and prioritization framework, ensuring a focused, transparent, and strategic approach to portfolio management.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management within the E&Q portfolio, engaging partners proactively to ensure smooth transitions and organizational alignment.
- Governance & Decision Framework: Define and enforce governance structures, decision-making processes, and portfolio management standards that ensure accountability, consistency, and transparency.
- Operational Excellence & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance and operational support to project and PMO teams, embedding portfolio management guidelines and fostering continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central coordination point for local E&Q PMOs, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and strategic prioritization across functions.

Do You Have What It Takes?
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional project portfolios within technical, engineering, or quality-driven environments, ensuring consistent alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Analytical Excellence: Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain portfolio performance dashboards, enabling data-driven insights into key performance indicators, project health, and resource utilization.
- Methodological Expertise: Deep understanding of portfolio and program management frameworks (e.g., PMI, MoP) and related tools, supporting continuous improvement, effective governance, and strategic portfolio optimization.
- Partner Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills that foster trust, collaboration, and alignment across diverse global stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity and cohesion in decision-making.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and proactive communicator with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights, driving engagement and multi-functional collaboration at all levels of the organization.
