As a member of the Red Bull Distribution team, the IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and delivering enterprise technology projects, including business applications and infrastructure, utilizing various governance methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches. With expertise in project management, the IT Project Manager often serves as the primary representative for high-profile and complex technology projects. They are tasked with developing project plans and driving the successful execution of these projects throughout their lifecycles, working closely with cross-functional teams. The scope of their responsibilities is broad and may include projects such as mobile software development, IT infrastructure implementation, integrated ERP solutions, market expansions or reconfigurations, and insights reporting.

Job Description

Project Management

Establish and implement appropriately scaled project management processes for assigned projects.

Assist in forecasting internal resource capacity.

Estimate project costs and oversee the portfolio budget, including scope control.

Manage external consultants and vendors engaged in the project.

Define the business problem and key objectives for new projects.

Coordinate requirements walkthroughs and approvals while ensuring, in collaboration with stakeholders, that use cases and process models address specific business needs.

Work with the project team to analyze and model the business domain, creating a comprehensive overview of workflows and technical requirements addressed by existing and proposed technology solutions.

Determine the scope and goals of projects, establishing communication channels to ensure final deliverables from the technical team align with end-users' expectations.

Develop high-level dashboards and reports, along with communication strategies, to maintain consistent and aligned information sharing across the project team and organization.

Key Deliverables

Execute project methodologies for technology projects in appropriate formats, including waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid approaches.

Offer expertise in the integration of applications across various business functions.

Comprehend and implement the characteristics and processes associated with current project development methodologies.

Be recognized internally and externally as an individual who thoroughly understands the context of relevant business functions and serves as a technical expert or critical resource across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED

3 to 5 years of experience in managing IT projects.

Strong expertise and prior experience in standard project management methodologies and delivery approaches, including both waterfall and agile frameworks as outlined by PMI and Scrum Alliance.

Proficiency in using relevant project management and communication tools (MS Project, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence) and the ability to practically apply them based on specific project requirements.

Basic understanding of technical architecture, application system design, and integration.

Experience conducting technology market scans and leading vendor RFP processes.

Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes, complexities, and team structures.

Experience working with governed testing protocols for technology solutions.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP-integrated solutions is preferred.

Background in working within a global company environment.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
