Position Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives on organization, structure, and precision? Do you enjoy being the go-to expert for contracts, compliance, and internal coordination? If so, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a Contract Administrator who will play a key role in supporting our in-house legal team and business operations. This is more than a support role — you’ll be managing essential legal workflows, coordinating agreements across departments, and ensuring critical documents are accurate, accessible, and complete. Your work will help keep the business running smoothly and legally protected.
This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, highly organized, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal contract-related questions and requests
- Manage the full contract lifecycle — from tracking and version control to signatures and secure storage
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments using company templates
- Coordinate electronic signature workflows (Adobe Sign) and internal approvals with business stakeholders
- Maintain digital legal files and ensure contract data is properly entered into our contract management systems
- Review and summarize key terms of complex contracts with minimal supervision
- Oversee NDA management — draft from templates, coordinate revisions with legal counsel, and track completion
- Assist with corporate governance processes, including coordinating signatures and records for the company and its subsidiaries
- Process invoices for outside counsel and help monitor legal spend
- Support the legal team in managing IP portfolios (patents, trademarks) and source code escrow requirements
- Contribute to internal audits, compliance initiatives, and due diligence efforts for corporate transactions
- Help prepare for the company’s Annual General Meeting and other special projects
Position Requirements:
- 3–5 years of in-house corporate legal experience, ideally in a high-growth or dynamic industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills — you love checklists, clean file structures, and well-labeled folders
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Experience reviewing contracts and summarizing key business/legal terms
- Trustworthy and discreet — you handle sensitive and confidential information with care
- Familiarity with contract and document management systems
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and Oracle
