Job Description

• Ensure the infrastructure of IT and work together with contractor/subcontractor for handover the project.
• Ensure the all software and hardware to be purchased and implemented according to the AccorHotels standard with the timeframe of processing of purchasing and installation between three and six months prior to the hotel’s opening.
• Create and establish IT policies, SOP and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by AccorHotels.
• Ensure that AccorHotels email, internet and social networking usage policy are strictly controlled and implemented at the workplace, and all the team members respect the policies.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security, software implement, Training) and evaluate them according to opening Hotel.
• Coordinate with project manager and subcontractor for follow up defect and add if required.
•  Perfectly master the IT, telecoms and audiovisual expert at the hotel for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years further education or equivalent, Professional Diploma, Masters in Computer Technology and/or Telecoms. 
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT management  / IT department or IT services or audiovisual company
• Good knowledge in Hospitality industry program such as OPERA Cloud, Simphony Micros POS Cloud, Material Control, Futurelog, Sun SaaS Cloud, Key Card, CCTV, Time Attendance and Payroll (Cluster), Call Accounting program is advantage.
