What You’Ll Do:
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, administration and HR reporting
- Contribute to payroll and support personnel cost controlling and budgeting
- Maintain HR data, systems, and organizational charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee Health & Safety (H&S) activities, including compliance checks, employee training and coordination with external consultants.
- Contribute to performance management, training and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate on cross-country HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Who You Are
- Degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience within the fashion & luxury or retail industry
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll coordination, HR cost analysis and Health & Safety
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to build trusted relationships at all levels.
