We seek a Polish video content creator based in Warsaw to represent multiple brands in Poland. The role involves creating engaging short-form videos and developing a content calendar to enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about consumer tech products, highly organized, possess strong judgment skills, and be able to produce and edit videos effectively. What You Will Do: 1. Content Planning: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and creation of posts for the Anker social media calendar. 2. Video Creation and Editing: Create and edit short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 3. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and develop a content strategy that increases engagement and brand awareness. 4. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content creation. 5. Production Management: Manage the end-to-end production process, including conceptualization, filming, and editing. 6. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. 7. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. 8. Content Adaptation: Adapt content to suit different social media platforms and audiences. 9. Deadline Management: Work within deadlines to deliver content in a timely manner. 10. Community Management: Engage with audiences across all social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and replies. 11.
