Position Summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Associate Media & Content Manager to bring together the art and science of marketing within our Media & Content team. This role will play a pivotal part in connecting Paid Media and Content efforts to ensure cohesive storytelling and data-driven decision making across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be immersed in golf and golf culture, capable of understanding and speaking authentically to diverse audiences. They will manage the day-to-day execution of organic social channels, contribute to the development of a holistic content strategy, and provide reporting and insights across paid and organic initiatives. This role is both hands-on and strategic—supporting execution while helping the team scale content and media efforts across platforms.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Content & Social Media:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of PGA TOUR Superstore’s organic social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice, marketing campaigns, and community engagement goals.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and comments, maintaining a strong and authentic brand presence.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and cross-channel storytelling strategies.
  • Stay ahead of golf culture and digital content trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Apply an SEO lens to content planning and execution to improve visibility and discoverability.
  • Media & Analytics:

  • Partner with the Paid Media Manager to support campaign execution, reporting, and performance monitoring across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track and report on organic and paid media performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a connector between Paid Media and Content to align creative storytelling with performance-driven strategy.
  • Contribute ideas and optimizations based on consumer insights, media performance, and cultural trends.

  • Support the Sr. Manager, Media & Content, in executing integrated campaigns across brand, CRM, eCommerce, and merchandising.
  • Partner with creative, retail operations, and external vendors to bring content to life.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Support the Sr. Manager, Media & Content, in executing integrated campaigns across brand, CRM, eCommerce, and merchandising.

Qualifications And Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or media strategy (agency or in-house).
  • Deep understanding of golf and golf culture required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social channels and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools for content optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Sprout, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset—able to shift between creative content and data-driven strategy.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional. 
  • Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed. Occasional evening and weekend support for events and campaigns.

Travel:

  • 10% of travel is required.
