Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong aptitude and passion for technology to join our 12-week immersive Technology Bootcamp. This program is designed to prepare predictive hires for Level 1 technical roles within our organization. Through structured technical training and soft skills development, the program ensures that participants are operationally ready and equipped for deployment into real-world roles immediately after completion.
As a bootcamp trainee, you will:
- Participate in intensive hands-on training covering core technical competencies.
- Develop workplace readiness through focused soft skills sessions.
- Work closely with trainers, mentors, and peers in a collaborative learning environment.
- Demonstrate consistent growth and engagement throughout the program.
- Transition into full-time deployment-ready Level 1 tech support or operations roles upon successful completion.
