About the Role
We are seeking two (02) dedicated and curious Business Intelligence Analysts to join our Data Analytics team supporting our business. You will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform product and business decisions, contributing directly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
You can work remotely, but are expected to join our Ho Chi Minh City office at least once per week, and more frequently during the first two months for training and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate across time zones with US-based business, sales and operations teams, as well as Product, DS, Engineering teams in Vietnam.
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines, SQL scripts, and BI infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights through concise and visual storytelling.
- Strengthen the analytics culture by sharing best practices and improving workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- A proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and automation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams.
- Comfortable working independently, with clear and consistent communication.
- Experience in banking, fintech, collections is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality.
