Responsibilities
Accurately input data based on Enrollment Unit processes
Review and verify Member documents for accuracy and validity
Communication with internal/external units to ensure Eligibility Department criteria is met
Generate correspondence to obtain pertinent information from Members
Provide clerical support to Eligibility Department
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Eligibility Department
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required, some College or Degree preferred; plus
• Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in general office environment required
• Excellent keyboarding skills required
• Good alphabetical and numerical filing skills a must
• Knowledge of Eligibility systems preferred (i.e. QNXT, V3)
• Basic Microsoft office skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while following through on assignments
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks a must
• Available to work overtime; plus
